RETURN & EXCHANGES PROCESS

After your return or exchange request email has been Authorized by Rackel customer service. Please send the item that you want to return or exchange to the mailing address provided from Rackel customer contact centre.
All returned or exchanged items must be in the same condition as purchased and packing.
·All Orders returned to us without a return or exchange authorization may face delays in processing. Returns and exchanges will only be authorized to the original purchaser.
There are no refunds on custom "made to measure" orders only repairs for satisfaction.
All returns and exchanges request via email must be 7 days within purchase period.
