Our garment descriptions are clear and accurate based on style measurements of cm or inches. Rackel descriptions may included dress enhancements to achieve a desire dress appearance such as: bust support examples are: breast tape, strapless bra corset or no bra.

Sizes: Rackel provides accurate measurement readings in the garment description in centimetres or inches from every part of the body for a predictable fit.
Returns and Exchanges:
You can return your item within 14 days of purchase.
No returns or exchanges if the item has rips, tears, stains, or permanent damages on the garment from the buyer. You can’t return a washed item or discolouration on a garment.

Return instructions as followed:
Contact the customer service centre via email Rac.firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of purchase. Once you have contacted the customer service team about your clothing return. You will be instructed to return your item via mail with receipt, If the item is physically altered send pictures of proof please. The buyer will pay for shipping cost to return the item. After you mailed the item email customer service with the tracking number to notify the team that the return has been shipped. Please document on the package the place preferred for postal example: Canada Post, and name of buyer. After customer service received your tracking number you will receive your money back via PayPal. Please notify the customer service team via email that you have recevied your money via paypal, or we will contact you for customer care update.
